RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SUB CENTE

SBC, which is registered under KCDS, does not have any right to make change in the course title, syllabus or anything related the course.
The filled application, original copy, must be sent or by hand to the KCDS head office within two days from the date of application filled along with the registration fee, Demand Draft, that would be taken in favour of KCDS Nilambur from any nationalized bank.
Study material (for specified courses) will be issued within one week
ID cards will be available through SB
Date of commencement of class and examinations will be announced from the KCDS Head Office.
SBC is liable to commence the class on the same date itself, the Head office declares
KCDS will have all legal right to take actions against the SBC, in case, any problem is reported or come to the knowledge of the KCDS either written or orally

EXAMINATION AND ITS PROCEDURES

The student must have 85% of attendance.
The SBC must send the attendance report of each student to the KCDS along with the printed copy.
Printed copy and DD( Exam Fee) must be sent to the KCDS on or before of the last date.
Students are not allowed to change the allotted exam center and the date of examination under any circumstances.
Save A Year (SAY) examination shall be conducted within 20 days from the date of result.
A student can attend maximum two papers in SAY. If he/she has more than two failed subjects, remaining subjects can be appeared in the next main examination.
Student(s) has/have to remit fee for all examination. For SAY the student should pay additional exam fee.
Admission Ticket and results will be on the official site.
Printed copy of Admission Ticket must be signed by the student in the presence of the principal or head of the institution and ensure that it is sealed by the same.
Candidates shall not be allowed to appear for the same examination and rest of; if he/she does any malpractice or misbehavior in the examination hall to any one, including the invigilators and other candidates.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS

Application must be filled by the student, himself or herself.
All students are liable to follow the instruction of the respective study center, SBC.
Registration/Exam/Tuition fee once remitted will not be refunded at any circumstances.
Students must collect and keep the receipts of all transactions for future reference.
Fee must be remitted on or before the due date, otherwise, fine will be charged.
Practical records/assignments and other works related to that particular course must be counter signed by the concerned teacher and it should be produced at the time of viva if the external examiner demands.
Each student must follow the rules and regulations of their study center.

CERTIFICATE

The student who scores minimum 40% mark is eligible to get certificate of merit.
KCDS certificate is approved and recognized in world wide.
